I must be growing as a knitter. Consider exhibit A, "The Second Frogging". Exhibit B will be called "Sock? What sock?" I was on the toe decreases for a top down sock, took a good critical look at it, and decided that I wasn't feeling it. What took me a week and a half of work (flawless, I might add), was wound back on the ball in less than a minute and a half. The best thing? No regrets. That yarn was not meant to be socks. Not adult socks at least. I'm sure I'll find something else to make with that yarn. Meanwhile, I'm STILL waiting on sock yarn from Knit Picks (second shipment, never got the first) and my Amazing Lace yarn should be here any day now.
